Become a Non-SmokerAs a performance artist, especially for those active in their career, it is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle in order to keep up with the demands of this work. In most cases, the performers' work entails a lot of physical activity and requires stamina, which is why your coach does encourage you to remain healthy and become a non-smoker.
You will only need one session to become and remain a non-smoker and in this session you will be given some tools to take away, which once learned and practised, will enable you to be consistent in being a non-smoker. There are a few side affects:you will feel healthier, you will increase your performance stamina and longevity, food and drink will taste better (or worse!), you will be less likely to harm your friends and family with passive smoking, you will have less chance of getting lung cancer, stroke, diabetes, heart diseases, stress and you will have control back in your life: you will have a higher chance of living longer.
